Pigsbacks Rewards Delay (mobile credit)

    I ordered mobile credit from Pigsback last Monday week and have still not got it. Apparently I should have received it within 3 days, but I have checked again today and nada.

    Is this normal?

    I have written to them, but as is their wont, they simply ignored me.

    Yea, this has been the case for a while (delays).

    As an aside I've noticed that rewards have deteriorated hugley in the last year. There are now no real "high value" rewards and nothing that would make we want to save up 10-20 thousand! Which is a shame. I have about 3 thousand now and will end up just buying credit, which is a bit sad

    Also a good point, Chump. I had been browsing for a long time, trying to work out what to spend the points on before I opted for credit. There really is very little of appeal.

    Go to the rewards section of your Piggy homepage. I take it you mean by a delay is that you haven't received the actual email?

    I ordered credit last week, and was waiting two days or so for the email. Then I just said I'd check the rewards page, and there my credit was - it had been processed the same day as I ordered it. I only got the email this Monday - about a week after I had ordered it. But sure by that stage, I had already gotten the credit from the rewards section (you know the link they get you to click on to claim rewards).

    You'll get it within a week....no big deal unless your desperate for it. Ordered mine last monday and got it friday.

    Thanks Tinkerbell, but I had tried that already, and again today ... still no credit.

    idontknowmyname, 10 days now have passed. :(
