Got this link of the official forums. If it were some kind of new ability, it would definately help rogues end game. Especially for a combat rogue who wouldnt really on energy so much

Anyone know anymore about this wowrunes site and what exactly their game is? Looks like new spells and abilities from the test server to me.

rogues should be allowed wear mail @60 tbh
