    Im just wondering how do I find out what my incoming TCP listen port is?

    Can anyone help, I'd appreciate it.

    Linux: netstat -at

    I'd say he's trying to set up a bittorrent client.

    Youre incoming tcp listen port is whatever you want it to be for that program. I suggest picking a random number somewhere over 46000. Then you need to follow one of the many thousand port forwarding guides on the internet to forward that port number to your pc.
