Bell & Howell 10 mega pixel for $399!

whats the story with this camera?? is it legit or dodgy?

    https://www.thpsales.com/store/viewItem.asp?idProduct=1122

Does anyone have a clue what is going on here? Who is the OEM for this camera? Is it really 10 megapixels?

I've seen of really cheap cameras with very hi mega pixels.. Some form software is used to enhance them..

    That site wrote:
it has an amazing 16 MB of built in flash memory to store up to 141 photographs

    This makes NO sense.

Pictures with 10megapixel resolution will NOT be that tiny.

My 16mb memory stick can hold about 25, maybe 30 photos, 3.2 megapixels, 1280x960 in size. So that makes no sense. Unless there's something mysterious about their memory stick.

I'd be suspicious of anything that looks this good.

    it says on that page:

    LOADED WITH FEATURES:
    # Uses interpolation to achieve 10.0 mega pixels

it just means the pictures it takes are resized within the camera, but is completely meaningless as it won't improve the quality at all. i wouldn't recomend that camera.

yeah thats what i thought. Someone posted that on another forum i just wanted to get 2nd opinion.

I'm on the hunt for a new camera as my last one was stolen. I used to have a cannon digital 500 5 mega pixel. it was 400 euro. What is the best and highest megapixel camera u can get for 300 euro or less?
