Ive got a radeon 9800 pro. I want to use 2 mointors on it, I think its possible. The thing is taht theres 2 connections on the card, the mormal one that im using at the moment for the 1 monitor. The second one looks different, is that used for a second monitor? If so whats that cable called?

Thats DVI connector, You'll need a DVI to VGA* converter if you want to plug a second monitor in.

You have two connectors on the card a VGA and DVI I'd say you using the VGA @ the mo (The blue one)
Just connect the 2 monitors go to Desktop properties - settings - Advanced and configure the two monitors.

Ive an auld video card there too. Could I add that and use it for the second monitor, no? Those convertors seem to be fairly dear.

yup - just plug a monitor into each card and go into graphics properties, theres a box you need to tick - "extend my desktop onto this monitor"
