I was a problem with my IR connection so ran the windows setup wizard, it stalled I ended the task, since then whenever I boot up my wireless isn't auto connecting.

Wireless status shows "not connected" but the only option is to disconnect, so to connect I've to either dissconnect and reconnect or run the "repair" thingy.

I've checked the advanced setting on the wireless connect and it is set to auto connect to network when in range

Haven't tried any troubleshooting other that checking the settings yet just wondered has anyone seen that happen before?

Wireless G linksys pcmcia card and linksys router, XP pro with all the latest bells and whistles.
