    Hi,
Does anyone know of Beginner's Qi Gong classes in the Cork Area?
Must be Qi Gong rather than T'ai Chi.

Also, can anybody recommend a good DVD for beginner's Qi Gong? Taking back pain into account!!

    Thanks, much appreciated.

All chinese martial arts have Chi Gung associated with them , some sets are very specific but a lot are generally strengthening.
Research what you are doing and find a good teacher you can no more learn Chi Gung from a book or tape than you can learn Tai Chi or any other martial art to do that you need to feel what is going on and have a teacher and classmates.

    Chi Gung is not magic.
