Anyone gone through the process of reclaiming tax back on unused ryanair flights ?

How do you go about it ?

    Thanks.

There is no point, they charge an administration fee which wipes out any tax that is due back to you  Ryanair probably make more money out of no show passangers than the ones who travel!!
