I'd just like to take the time to wish good luck to Blackburn in the next season.
Back in the big time, one of the only 3 teams to have won the premiership.

I think personally the will finish around 12th in the league next year, given their failure to dign any 'stars' in the close season (thus far).

I an looking forward to seeing Duff, Dunn and Jansen against the best! I think their world class, and will get better and better!

I would not agree with theor placement. I would predict they finish about 8th. Leeds and Liverpool fans who are friends of mine and got into watching BlackBurn last season in the 1st divison predict a European place, which though I take as a compliment is a bit off the mark.

However they are never going ot be a mid-table side. BlackBurn have the team to flush out the premiership pretenders, and with Fulham also promated there a two pretenders who are going down.

hAVING WATCHED ROVERS IN A VERY POOR 1ST DIVISION LAST SEASON I WOULD SOMEHOW THINK THEY WILL DO WELL TO STAY IN THE TOP FLIGHT.

I watch the whole 1st division last season and it is an excellent league. Rovers results were good, a vast improvement on their previous unpreicatble form when in the Premiership.

They will definitly finish top half - if you don't think so then you have not taken a close look at their squad, 22 goals from a midfielder in ANY division is a top strike rate (David Dunne), Arsenal and Rangers were in for Jansen TWICE, Duff is one of the top three left sided players in the UK game, and so on and on and on....

An excellent youth system an smart buying has produced great talent and team work, far better then larger established Premiership clubs who have been treading water for the last few years or languishing in mid-table annonimity.
