Not to sure if there is, check the apple store.

Or go to system preferences, International.Click edit in the languages tab and you can select many different languages

OS X is pretty much international... you just need to change your settings while installing...

Although Mac OS X does support Multiple languages and these settings can be changed in the "International" preference panel, the basic English version of the OS does not fully support Central European Languages, Greek and Arabic etc.
If the file you are viewing is in basic ASCII format, then the characters appear corrupt depending on what you are using to view the text with.
If the file is in UNICODE, then the characters should appear fine.
So the only way to have full support for these languages, you need the specific Language OS X.
I know that there is a Greek OS X out there, but where you can get your hands on it, I don't know.

Yeah, for some things you actually need the OS to be in specific language.

I had major problems getting Flash MX (not 2004) to use Greek Unicode for example as the original OS had to be in Greek for me to use Greek unicode. (Flash MX 2004 has no problem with this.)

Can you not get Greek et al. OSX from the Apple Store?

I have looked on the Apple Store and can't find any version of OS X for sale other than the English and a Spanish version.
From what I know of most of the Apple OS versions from 7 up to OS X, Apple never translated alot of the Eastern European languages, Greek, Russian etc themselves. They would subsidise the translation to a different company and get them to do it. The OS's would be created according to supply and demand as such.
I have used Greek OS X and it seems to have been translated from Scratch by a Greek company. That was 10.1, which is obsolete for most of the new hardware.
I have sent a query to Apple about this, so if I get a reply, I will let you know.

    Thanks.
    Joe
