hahahahaha! i worked in NTL on the phones before. If your ringing to enquire about getting a service from them then you should be ok.

But if your ringing about a bill or fault enquiry.....GOOD LUCK!!

We used to have hold times of an hour everyday

    sorry, forgot to report back.

anyway, there bb package seems 5hite, compaired to otheres out there.

guy on phone says, "while i doesn't look as good on paper, it actualy is"

helpfull enought, but i did try not to laugh when he said that.

have to say though, there digital tv is much better value than sky, €20 cheaper a month, for movie and sport package! sky's better quality, doesn't breakdown as much, but it's no way €20 a month better.

i got ntl broadband, phone and digital, and no problems.
    its pretty cheap and cheerful.
my only complaint would be that you need toophone several different numbers dependig on who you need to talk to.

one line for sales, several different lines for queries on phone, internet, tv etc...

Sorry - it's incorrect to state they are €20 cheaper per month - this is not true because when you factor in €19.50 for the basic analogue then it works out roughly the same cost. You can't say that the cost of digital does not include the basic analougue, because it is obligatory to subscribe to basic analougue to take any ntl service.

Digital is a premium service, for €10 per month but some of the cost of digital distribution is factored into your €19.50, even if you don't take digital...
