I've been playing that a lot mysef lately....it's a good laugh...1250 is my top score i think. You chould check out gallop racer for the playstation, top class game.

G1 jockey, and G1 jockey 3 are also good laughs for the ps2.

I found G1 Jockey 3 a bit too long winded to be honest, lot of dialogue and then the game play is too hard on normal and too easy on easy, maybe that's just me. Gallop Racer had me playing for 12 hours straight one day.... getting up on the line and winning by a nose...what a feeling. And you can bet on your horses in that one, unlike G1

I believe in the new one (maybe gallop racer 2005) you can breed and train aswell.

Gallop racer 2 is even better.
Loads more stuff and stats and better game play.

Addictiveness Rating---Strung out and no one cares!! PS2's are bad for you. Stay away from them.

how do you get such high scores. I won the race with the fav and got 250 pts or something. Are you meant to win it on the outsider...i keep being tailed off?
