    I've uploaded a guide to toning and defining your abs, in one of the Fitness Links sticky. But knowing that not many people look there, I'm just mentioning it here aswell..

    great guide...however i have a couple of questions....Im not exactly fat I weigh about 11 stone and I am about 5ft 8 inches in height. (22 year old male) Im quite thin for my age I think... however i do have bit of a belly...and my chest isnt as high and as firm as it used to be...my concern is this...if i follow these fat buring excercises and diets so i can get my six pack.. am i going to lose weight dat i cant really afford to...! :confused::confused:

    Well, like the man says, you 'can't spot reduce fat'. It's all about bodyfat percentage at the end of the day. You're going to lose the fat all over, not just your belly. Some places will be more prone to weight loss than others, same with putting weight on.
    That's why it's important to combine weight loss cv with a weights routine.. Keeps everything in shape..
