    Zinzan Brooke ( please )

    John Connolly ( next )

Dean Richards has been mentioned and Potts as well.
Dunno whoever they get better be a aharsh master as they need a more permanent coach, 4coaches in 4yrs = not so good Leinster.

Would love to the see the no sh!t Richards there reckon he'd bring some players through asap and get rid of the older players.

hope bradley doesnt get it as hes doing a fine job in the west considering our resources compared to munster or leinster.

i have a feeling i will get eat for saying this but i would Love to see SCW in the spot.
i think the IRFU could afford him, they have got some gate money this year i say and everywhere you look theres leinster kit on someone, but i guess it doesnt work like that

still it would be really exciting to see him there, it has a good squad and with maybe one or two imports into the pack a good manager would be the makings of them

that would be a bold move but i doubt he would come, anyways isnt he involved with southampton now, hes heading the youth structure or something?

How about Declan Kidney? He has form when it comes to leaving jobs after two weeks and going to Leinster.

to be fair to declan kidney, his family are in cork so only made sense he moved to munster.
What about getting matt williams back, should have never left in the first place.I can see another foreign coach coming in.

I don't think he would be the least bit interested, he has gotten the 6 nations (including Grand Slam) and the World Cup - and will be going for the win for the Lions. Don't think he could be arsed taking on club rugby. I think at this stage, the soccer gig will be a lot more lucrative for him, and he will concentrate on that after this summer.

i think john kirwan could be a good pick.he seems loyal and can mould a strong team ethic. if he could do this with a pool of decidedly average players (italy), he could certainly do a bit better with a half decent squad

his family were there when he signed the 3 year deal in the first place. And I read in the paper that he was talking to the squad about the need for commitment and honoring contracts.... and then this. surprised that anyone would actually employ someone who so openly and willingly breaks contracts like that. I mean if he's done it once....

who ever leinster get will need to make a long term commitment and really shake things up, two many supposedly good players languishing in roy keanes "comfort zone" sure they are not going to lose their spot. no one since matt willams has managed to stamp there authority on the provinice. The most frustrating thing about leinster is they have a squad to really go places and even the resources to make it better. I think some of us remeber going to donnybrooke for HK games and the place half full, imagine now they can pack out lawnsdowne for the HK games past the group stages.
Who ever comes there first job will need to be get rid of guy f**king easterby. If we got our act together we could have a HK title in a few years.

I totally disagree - now I know this is going to sound stupid, but he may not have the best / fastest pass, but he is very good at finding holes at the ruck, and he has a good eye for the game. I don't think O'Meara was anywhere near as good. Stringer proved this 6N that having a good pass isn't enough. Scrum half is not the weak link of the Leinster team, if they change anything is has to be the pack - if not the players, then the way they play.

Leinster were quite happy to get him to break the original contract - so I have no sympathy for Leinster's whinging about it happening to them.

Fair enough Ruggie, but to me the cash is not the important bit.

Leinster hired him out of a new contract situation and paid them off to break it. If he views contracts as a little more flexible than Leinster would like, well who can we blame for giving him a bad example then?

I don't know whether there was an explicit option in his Welsh contract defining terms should he break it (I don't believe there was). Regardless, Leinster should have made sure his new contract with them was explicit.

Finally, I think it was 50k stg so that might be 75k eur not stg.

TBH i'm not sure but somebody paid that welsh team compo. But shows you the ****ed up hierarchy and management structures within the IRFU and it's branches.

good luck to him....i reckon he is a good coach but it's a retrograde step for Munster.

I'll bow to your better information. :D

I still think it ****ing stinks....at least bradley did the right thing.
