NTL - disconnect extra TV points

    We have 3 TV points in the House (built 6 years ago). One Main and 2 extra. We don't use the extra points much and so want to stop paying for them.

    Will NTL come out to disconnect those 2 TV points that I no longer wish to avail of?

    Or might they not bother sending someone out?

    They will stop charging you for them and tell you that someone will be out to disconnect them at some stage, but they never do. I don't think they ever intend to come out as it costs them!

    That's what I was hoping to hear.

    Anyone experienced ntl actually bothering to come out and disconnect?

    sure even if they disconnected them, you could reconnect them easily.
