Booking a gig in Dublin advice

Hey, Anyone got any ballparks for the cost of booking a place like crawdaddy or the village? any pitfalls i might be running into? I've never done this before but gonna give it a go. Not looking to make money, to break even and promote the band by playing a great gig would be brilliant. Any thoughts?
