Problems viewing theregister

    Inspired by this thread http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=241672 which has links to theregister I tried to click the link. Now i've stopped clicking links to the register a while back as any time I do a new page opens and just shows as constantly loading. The bar goes extremely slow and after about 5 mins the old "this page cannot be displayed" page comes up.

    This happens if I try going to theregister home page or if i'm linked to a section.It's the only site I have problems accessing. I have another computer on my network that has no problem accessing the site so it seems to be a local problem on my pc. Any suggestions?

    Any chance you added it to a list of blocked sites? Maybe in your HOSTS file or via the adblock extension using wildcards?
