    Joe,

Just dress smart and be yourself.
The interview will focus on two things.
1: How you would react in certain situations when they arise, if you have done tech support before base the answers on your experinces then and you will be fine.
2: The manager will ask you some teckie questions.

Interview normally takes an hour or maybe less with a HR rep and an IT manager.
They will just go through the CV with you and ask you relavant questions on that.

Honestly theres nothing to worry about, just be yourself and act confident when talking about computer jargon.

HP is ok to work for, ppl normally stay either 6 months - 18 months.
What desk you going for then? When is the interview?

Be careful with the HP-helpdesks, some of them are full of people with personality-disorders. No joke!
