    Official BLOOD OR WHISKEY Day!

    Ok kids, time to unleash-the-beast that is "Cashed Out On Culture".

    Yeah I know you are all sick-to-the-bone with me harping on about Blood
    Or Whiskey but April 2nd has been a long time coming!
    Many of you have caught them along the way supporting the likes of
    Stiff Little Fingers / The Stranglers / Selecter / Bad Manners / The Beat / Real McKenzies / Dropkick Murphys etc etc as well as headlining gigs, and a couple of us happened upon the launch of "No Time To Explain" in the summer of 2001 in Eamonn Doran's.
    Well there have been some inevitable line-up changes, and BOW purists can whinge and whine, but this version could rock the pants off the pope!

    Come see and hear these Celtic legends while you can, as they may well be
    forced to abandon Ireland for international success. Two shows - one FREE for fu*k sake, so get out of McDonald's, Bewleys, the poxy pub or from under Cleary's clock, and do yourself a favour. "In the city of a thousand bands with nothing to say" - come out and see the one that does!

    Blood or Whiskeys album launch date festivities ! kicks off in in Wicklow
    Street at Tower Records for a 1pm appearance , then its a trip over to the
    Northside to one of Irelands oldest establishments Mountjoy Prison where the inmates will be treated to an airing of the new album "Cashed out on Culture" for a tea time show, before packing the van and heading to The Voodoo Lounge on Arann quay where the real "Craic" kicks off...expect some special guest appearances on the night.

    To promote the launch of "Cashed Out On Culture" ...

    1.00pm Tower Records, Wicklow Street, in-store appearance (No arm bands
    required, FREE).

    5.00pm Mountjoy Prison Tea-Party (Closed event).

    9.00pm Voodoo Lounge with Enemigos / Delinkwints / The Dubtones / Dead
    Girls And Boys, (10 euro)
