    Greetings to all,
This is one for the enthusiast's out there !!....
many moons ago (10yrs) I had a bit of a hobby with this satellite stuff,
I had a 2mtr prime focus dish with H to H motor, 0.6db echostar quad band lnb, Discus Ellipse multi satellite receiver, external sky decoder, external d2mac decoder with 16:9 reception/transmission, all analogue of course.
A big part of the attraction for me was picking up feeds, the stranger the better,..horse racing from Russia way over on the eastern horizon to the US feeds over to the west watching OJ live getting away with murder and loads of American sports intended for US forces in Europe.
    My questions are ...
anyone else still doing this nowadays ?
    is it worth it ?
what feed are out there ?
I sold everything about 8yrs ago but I have been checking shops on ebay germany and found some nice stuff there.
    Rgds Paul
