Can anyone recommend a low cost (or better still, a free) effective firewall to put on a server ?

Server has MS SBS with the SBS firewall turned on.

But I want the additional security - to be sure, to be sure !!

If you really want security, you don't want a firewall on your SBS box - you want a separate firewall box behind which the SBS can operate in complete safety. I'd recommend IPCop, running on an old PC. Mine runs happily on a P200 with 64MB RAM and a 3GB disk.

Forgot to mention - it's free, and very effective.

It depends on what services the server will provide, can you give any more details?
