P2P weirdness

Anyone experienced Emule and Bit torrent acting strangely in the following way, downloads seem to be working fine, they approach 100% and suddenly drop back down to 90% or some other lower percentage. It appeared like error correction but it continually does it. Downloading the same torrent / ED2K link on a different PC…

It appeared like error correction but it continually does it. Downloading the same torrent / ED2K link on a different PC works fine. Sound familiar to anyone? What can I do to fix it?

An overclocked CPU is messing up on the hashing OR your harddrive is dying. OR you have a fat32 partition, and you're trying to download a file thats larger than 2 gigs
