    Problems logging into the Vodafone website this morning . Getting told you have the wrong logon info when the details are correct.

    hi, do you know what Error 57 is, happens every so often when I try and log in but not a very descriptive message?

    I had the same problem also Doublezero8 Vodafone must have been doing maintenance on a quiet day.

    hi, do you know what Error 57 is, happens every so often when I try and log in but not a very descriptive message?
    I get this on a regular basis too with my number (postpaid). I've no idea what it means though.

    That site is always down during the small hours for maintence. Is always ok by 10am the next morning.

    This is a server error due to a number of reasons . It can happen when Vodafone are having internal system problems as they are both linked or sheduled maintance and also if maybe Vodafone are doing a bill run.

    This means its only an intermittent problem and if you try again later it should be fine.
    That site is always down during the small hours for maintence. Is always ok by 10am the next morning.

    This is a known problem. My Vodafone points to Internal Vodafone systems which go down every night for a few hours ( Updating , bill runs etc), during this time you will be unable to log on and will receive error 57.

    Vodafone are working on a fixes for these problems .

    God vodafone are such tools i went to change my tarif on redy to go as im been screwed sideways at the mo.I clicked on the tarif i wanted and got a message.

    Your tarif has not been changed because it has been less than 30 days since you last changed, your next date of change is 21/01/2021

    I'd imagine a quick phone call in the morning would be the best course of action, im going to go out on a linb and say its a mistake :D

    knife_fighter, I work in Vodafone. If you want to PM me your number, I will change your tariff for you to whichever one it is you want to change to, and send you a confirmation text from Vodafone.

    Embee, I would also like some credit. I tried to send a very witty text message using your webtext and for some reason it failed, my comedy got consumed by the ether! I want recompense!!!!!! I then had to fork out the 12c to send the same but not quite as witty message from my handset because your My Vodafone was broken.

    There is no justice!

    When is the scheduled maintenance for this site? I'm getting really irritated constantly getting an Error 57 anytime after 11 (and for many hours after) every night. If it's a maintenance backup, a la boards, surely it shouldn't last that long and could be done in the wee hours of the morning (e.g 3am) and not at the current time. Does anyone know if they're going to fix this?

    Hey,

    Has anyone else had problems logging into "My Vodafone" after 11pm? I get it about four nights a week and tonight when I rang the woman on Cust Care told me it's because they're updating systems!

    Would like to know if anyone else gets the (57) error I do and if ye have complained? I mean, how often do they need to update? My bank stuff works 24 hours a day and they've got REAL security issues! Also where is the downtime notice we deserve as customers paying the extortionate rates we do anyway?

    Anyone else had this problem?

    My phone has started to act up so I logged into "My Vodafone" to check on upgrades about half an hour ago and got the same error message as you did. Can't say how frequent it is because I haven't used the site in at least 6 months.

    anyone else noticed their post-pay Unbilled Calls listing on 'My Vodafone' hasn't been updated for a few days, last update to mine was Apr 16th?

    I found that whilst i was on a 3g tarrif I got the 57 error all the time, since switched to Performer and dont get it any more, log in at different times of the day.

    the vodafone site is a load of Sh*T,
    the email never is working, its always works when i have no important emails, but when i have an important email, it doesnt load..

    even today im trying to view my bills and it keeps giving me an error 53, does anyone know what these errors mean 53, or 57 its a joke, thier is millions of websites on the net, and most of them are never offline as much as the vodafone site.
    i was once an o2 customer and thier site always worked.. abit sh*t but it worked

    Never had a problem in that way as such but then I don't use their web service for email a lot, I prefer pop

    anyone else having problems with Vodafone Webtext, every time I OK to send i keep being directed to the log-in screen

    (tried different computer/os/browser, shouldn't be i've timeed out as would only have logged in seconds before)

    Just got another guy to check his vodafone account and it works perfectly. I don't know what the problem is. Tried my dads account and it's the same as mine

    are vodafone listening to us and reading this forum. cause i try logging into my vodafone and guess what i couldnt. wats new. but instead of error 57 i got
