I was fooling around with my moyfriends 'bits' the other day and I think I felt something.. Can anyone tell me is there anything else in the sac besides the two balls? Seriously tho I felt something but I'm not sure are there any other 'bits' in that area? It felt like it was connected to one of the testicles. Please, please help as I dont know what to tell him, or even should I. Dont want him worrying over nothing

Yes, the "balls" are not just made up of two testicles floating around in a hairy bag, like those Chinese stress balls in a large sporran. There's tubes 'n stuff.

The testes have 2 tubes coming off them to feed the sperm to where it's mixed with semen.

Your boyfriend should check his tackle regularly anyways, ie in the shower.

Nice of you to be concerned though :)

(but seriously, if ya find something unusual then let him know, wish I had a girlfriend like that :))

Could be a third testicle. Don't worry it's perfectly natural.
Always handy to have a spare one too.

At one end of each testicle is the epididymis. This can feel like a 'growth', but is perfectly normal.

But, tbh, doctors don't spend 7+ years learning to palpate for nothing! I recently heard about a woman who had spent the last 30 years checking her breasts for 'lumps' - the wrong way! By that I mean that she would not have discovered any suspicious lumps using her 'method'.
