ZyXEL Prestige router question

Guys, Is there anyway I can get my two connections to my ZyXEL Prestige 600(standard IOL router) to communicate to one another.I know its only a router but I was wondering if it was possible. Both PC's are getting an IP address from the router but you can't ping one from the other. Thanks David
