Good Friday - Carnivorous Behavior

    I make reference to this with relation to Good Friday and the eating of meat.
    I think its a stupid rule, that being all it is.
    Its grounded in some tradition that I don't know the root of, and I think that it should be removed.

    Saying that, I won't eat meat today.

    I've had 2 burgers for breakfast today.
    Just one of the many pointless rules of the Catholic Church based on a society that no longer exists in any real sense.

    I'm a Christian and I can't even remember what I ate yesterday. Certainly, enforced or religious fasting is not a part of Biblical Christianity.
