    luckily exchanges mta crapped out after the 6th person sent it to everyone, although I pity the poor people in the remote office all that mail backwards on forwards the isdn until irkem install the big pipe we're waiting on.

    wow you should go find your sysadmin, and lart him big time.

    There is absolutely no excuse for not having that virus filtered using some sort of CVP on your firewall or on your mail server.

    I hate virii.
    we got a few copies of that one here.
    the admin asked me to test drive a patch for outlook, it automagically stops mails it reckons are dangerous, ie exe's, bat's, scripts and so on. all very well, until they mail me the latest virus update and it's a .exe!
    oh - and you can't uninstall the patch either. roll on the holidays.....
