From what I gather the arena zones keep crashing because there are so many people trying to play on it.

There are a number of other changes coming. I heard a rumour of a temp power store and powers are changing for certain classes (eg. Kinetic Siphon Speed is now like a self buff of Speed Boost).

OK, here is the scoop.

I played yesterday and it was amazing, exactly what I wanted. The Arena servers went down (not the test server, they are very different) shortly after. They were then coming back sporadically throughout the night.
This morning test went down at about 8am and just came back up about 30minutes ago.
Sadly, Test server cam back up without the Arena, and it will not have the arena for at leats a day.

Elec blasters have had thier end reduction dropped to 1/4 of what it used to be.

Siphon speed and speed boost were mixed up. Speed boost now takes away your allies speed and recharge and gives it to you (What siphon speed should be doing)

Sad that the arena is down, but from the 2 fights I have been in, it have been fantastic

Yea it does. It slows the enemy down, speeds you up and also increases your attack rate now. Kind of a poor mans haste.

Took 7 hours to download the test client... then they tell me that arena won't be back until Tuesday.

Tried out the new costumes. Pretty cool, not entirely sure what the point of the cat + panda shoulder pets are for.

Yea, a pretty nasty bug slipped through. PS, you could have just copied accross your game folder and downloaded the 1mb patch

Finally got to get into an arena despite the massive amount of crashing (due to the number of players in the zone).

The PvP is pretty cool. However my powers seem to work differently so I Was getting smacked around until I figured out how they worked. Good fun though.

It's not the #s making it crash, it is the code.

I was playing in the arena for a good 6hrs on Tuesday before they took it down. It is incredible amounts of fun, even with it being as buggy as it is.If this is anything to go by, COV is going to be crazy, but for now this is more than enough

Got a good game this morning in the arena... it frickin rocks!

My Defender is well classed for PvP. I was able to dominate against the other team. Only time I was loosing was when 3 of them started into me. But buffing my own team allowed them to chop them into kibbles (FS + Nova is funnier on real people).

They really have done a good job. The arena is MUCH more stable now, having a great time! Some major bugs like passives dropping once you die, or life long taunt but I can live with them for now!
