Paying for milk and sugar?

Anyone had to pay for milk for your tea in the Dublin airport? I had this experience on the first floor above the check-in area in the breakfast cafe. 20c for a little tub of milk for my tea! That's as bad as take-aways making you pay for the packets of ketchup and vinegar for your chips.
