Yesterday during a heavy rain storm my i lost my signal from Sky. It started off with the picture hanging, then coming back, it eventually stopped and said no signal being received. Once the rain stopped, it rectified itself. Surely this shouldnt be happening. Any ideas on what i should do.

Oh it does happen and will happen rarely in very heavy rain with a mini dish.
Your dish may be very slightly out of alignment which would not help.
It's never happened to me, but then I use a 90cm dish

Didnt some of the BBC channels go off a few months back during very heavy rain at the UPLINK point ?

At least that was the official explanation although I have my doubts
