    Well Paizons, it that time...

Lets hear who would you be selecting if you were SCW come July this year.

My opinion for the backs is...

    15. G Murphy (the best footballer in the 6 nations backs)
    14. J Robinson (cant believe England insist on playing him at 15)
    13. B O'Driscoll (i dont need to say anything more)
    12. G D'arcy (I'm not sure about this)
    11. S Williams (probably the man when it come to wingers attacking, but defensively he's to small - we all know what Aurielien Rougerie did to him, what will Rokocoko do to him!)
    10. R O'Gara (the most reliable man for the job)

    I'm still debating the forwards...

    15 murphy(no question)

    14 robinson

    13 o driscoll

12 henson(i just have a feeling he will be picked ahead of darcy)

11 horgan is bigger than williams and could stand up to the nz boys

10 O Gara if wilkinson is not fit

Good selection Daveirl. Alfie isnt a starter in my book though. I think Murphy suffered greatly with the Irish gameplan for the 6N, he is a far more potent attacking force with Leicster then he was this spring in the Green.
The only other one is #10. Agreed that there is no outstanding outhalf at the moment, but I'd still give ROG the nod. The 1/4 Heineken Cup round may slightly change the starting 15, I think the backs would prefer O'Gara, in my opinion Jones is a good provincial player, but against quality, he hasnt got the hands, or the positional play, his strongest thing is goal-kicking, and thats not even top shelf.
I think I've said it before in another thread, but Henson's decision making with ball in hand leaves a lot to be desired, but I still think he'll travel. Not a starter though
