you need to give a little more information than that.

does it go online, do you get an error message, does the url come up but you are not the default user - come on give us a bit more to go on than "its Broke"

You could also try a different browser - in case they have changed some settings.

getting a message :page cannot be displayed: cookies deleated, thanks guys, i can just about drive this thing,i am not very techy inclined
