FAQ etc now not on Irish Subscriptions

    If you are an Irish Subscriber and choose Sky Customer Service (option 5) on Interactive, you now longer have access to "Technical Assistance" the FAQ and a few other useful features. Technical assistance is where all the remote control codes are listed.

    This follows a recent upgrade to interactive by Sky. How do we let them know that they have screwed up their Irish customers again!

    Hmmm...

    I've just checked this on my FTV card and box and yes there is a load of stuff missing from the Customer Service page on Interactive. I had tried to get the remote codes recently on my main box and found that they were no longer there. Didn't think to check the UK box!

    Why the hell have Sky taken away this from Irish subscribers?

    I don't think they "took it away", but rather when they removed the entire service to upgrade it to the new features, they *forgot* to set it up for Ireland!

    And another thing that is disgraceful - look at all the stuff that comes up on Sky Active for UK customers, where Ireland gets a few random Betting options on a horrible blue background! Disgraceful!
