    Hey all, hope this is the right place to post this. Am tring to insert page numbers into a word file but need them to be in the format page x of y. When I go into the options for inserting page numbers I see no option for this. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    Thanks in advance.

    lol
    i've been using word for years and never noticed that!! :rolleyes:

    i always used: in a document header
    { NUMPAGE \* MERGEFORMAT } of {PAFE \*MERGEFORMAT }
    made it a bit more complicated

    always something new to learn eh? :)
