    Hey chaps,

I need your help with another problem! :)

I'm about to buy a new set of Logitech surround sound speakers (Z-5300) Click here

I was just wondering, would it be possible to use these with my computer's onboard sound? (Ac97) as a temporary solution while I find a decent sound card.

    You're help is gladly appreciated,

    Gav.

You might be ok Control Panel>Sound and Audio Devices>Volume tab - speaker settings and adjust for 5.1

Thanks Nukem, I'll give it a shot.

I just thought I might encounter some trouble, as I have only one sound outlet port (It that makes any sense) comming from my computer.

At the moment I can only use headphones, Hopefully these speakers will work untill i get a soundcard.

    Thanks for your help guys,
    Gav
