PADDIES EVE - WEDNESDAY MARCH 16TH
    ACCESS ALL AREAS - WAX/SPY

Arguably the biggest night on the Irish party calender and probably the biggest pain in the hole for the Gardai, we intend to contribute to the messing with a ACCESS ALL AREAS one off gig in Wax and Spy on Sth. William St on Wednesday March 16th, St. Paddy's Eve.

We are also trying out something that we have wanted to do for a long long time; Comedians. We like a laugh in Bodytonic we do so we have arranged some comedians from the Irish comedy curcuit to come play for us on the night. We will convert the plush members bar area of Spy into a comedy club of sorts. Stage, lights, and comfy sofas all pointing the same way. This is admittidley and experiment but we reckon it just might work and as far as we can tell, is a first for any club night.

The rest of the building will also be in full swing. Upstairs, The Pink room will be hosted by the Discotonic brigade and their wee boxes of vintage 7" disco & funk and a whole load of hip hop and breaks thrown in for good measure. Discotonic are the folk behind the monthly Shoebox Disco, where they take over the back area of Wax and convert it into a tiny disco. Drapes, decks, weird stuff on the walls and the ubiquitus glitterball, all to the sound track of some lady-movin' funk.

Meanwhile, in the depths of the basement, Bodytonic will be in their rightfull place with decks and drums combo Resoul headlining. Resoul played this day last year and went down a treat. Deep and sexy house music is the order of the day here.
Also, back by very popular demand, Simon's Sanitory Sooundsystem! Everybodies favourite toilet attendant Simon Balogun will have his sound system set up in the rest rooms. Seriously. We did it on New Years Eve and all of a sudden the toilets were full of people jamming to some makosa, dancehall and RnB. He enjoyed it and so did we!

    And all for a tenner!
