BOI & JES

Lads I placed an order with JES and last Monday I went into the Bank Of Ireland and filled in the InterPay form which, I was informed, had to be sent to my own branch for processing...the money was taken from my account on Tuesday last when they received the form...I rang the bank yesterday and they reckoned it should only have taken 3 working days...

The only thing I think could have been wrong on the form was the comment section...what should I have put in there? (I put: Vorkasse: d 35518
Kundennummer: 172555 as the mail from JES seemed to suggest that)

Does anyone have any experience of using the money-transfer payment to JES through the BOI? How long did it take? Should I contact JES?

Ive used jes through the BOI interpay thing alright. I remember it did take quite a while. A smidge over 2 weeks if i remember correctly. Drop jes an email if your uncomfortable, they are helpful enough.

cant remember any specifics about the form.

Yeah they are helpful alright (got a product at the old price when I pointed out that it had gone up over a couple of hours when I went to place my order) but I don't want to be bothering them excessively...

The time isn't a problem really just so long as there's nothing wrong with the transaction...

So, bumpity bump, anyone else have any experience of this combination as nothing has happened yet...
