Hey. Currently setting up a band, looking for bassist and drummer. What are your influences/style? If you're looking for something a tad challenging, I might be able to provide :p

    Hey

Thanks for the reply but im not sure you can help me. I saw you have a nine inch nails emblem and they are not one of my favourite bands and while I could listen to them i would certainly not play them live. I just dont enjoy playing that type of music. I mean heavy metal you know? Even guns and roses I just don enjoy. My influences I suppose are different to what im looking to play but I suppose im looking for two different things.

The first would be a rock original/cover band, the beatles, bob dylan, rolling stones, stone roses, pixies, radiohead, beck etc etc

The second would be an origianl band only where we I could indulge my new found passion for loops and beats. Laying down grooves on bass and making beats too it in a more experimental, electronica manner. Radiohead amnesiac, ian brown, chemical brothers but not as pop orientated.

    Sorry if iv isolated anyone!!

Heya. Cool enough man. NIN would be among the heaviest of my listenings, and my style of writing's definitely not NIN-like. I have a stupidly wide listening/writing spectrum: Tori Amos, Ani DiFranco, Elliott Smith, bits of Add N To (X), Black Box Recorder, Bush, Depeche Mode, Garbage, Muse. Not looking to do any one particular type of music, want to cover a really wide range myself.
