I have been asked to pull a report from Exchange 5.5 containing first name, last name, email address and NT logon ID.

Any ideas on thebest way to complete this?

An automated or once off report?

    You know of
    MS Exchange Administrator
    Tools/Directory Export

You'll need to parse out the exchange address, leaving the smtp part

    To automate

You can get most of this info by opening an Outlook link in Access. But it only provides the exchange address.

Other than that you'll want to program something / third party app

Bear in mind that it will only export the default email address, any secondary smtp addresses assigned to an object won't be displayed.. which is quite a pain (if someone knows how to do this .. let me know)

There's an app called Fastlane Reporter (www.quest.com) that has a optional extra for full exchange reporting. It's not cheap though. Although - a quick google turned up this: http://www.imanami.com/products/smartr/pricing.asp
