so i have the nasty flu that's been going round. it's now into week 3 and the doc says take it easy and wait for it to clear itself up. but i still feel like cr@p.

what are your favourite remedies to keep yourself feeling ok and/or alert when you have the flu?

i like strong tea, and hot whiskey. what do you like?

spicy food is a decongestant, and also a mild stimulant, so it picks you right up.

Lashings and lashings of generic paracetamol; remember kiddies, any more than 23 is considered an overdose!
Oh and freshly squeezed lemons boiled with honey and cloves.
