eVC++ 4.0 keeps crashing out!!

    eVC++ keeps crashing out during the creation of a new project.

    If I try to launch eVC++ using it's .exe from its 'bin' folder, I get the following error:

    "No primary platforms are available.
    The build system will be disabled. It is likely that a build system
    'add-on' platform(.pkg),installed by Setup,failed to load."

    I have the following components installed.

    - eMbedded Visual Tools 3.0 - 2002 Edition
    - eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 (eVC++)
    - eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 SP4
    - Windows Pocket PC 2003 SDK & Emulators

    Any ideas on what the problem is? I need to get this working ASAP.....

    Is uninstalling/re-installing an option?

    I tried reinstalling it several times.......however on the 1000th reinstall it worked!

    The mystery of computers eh............!
