What's the law regarding these places? Are they breaking it or can pub legally open that early?

There's one near Tara street Dart station. I can't remember the name, but I occasionally pass by it on a Saturday at 11am and everyone inside is still hard at it with smokers and bouncers hanging about by the door. The curatins are pulled so not a chink of evil daylight gets in.
    How can that be fun???

I think if you do a search on these forums you will find much discussion on this in the past. Might be some pubs we missed :)

    Hey Burago
No law breaking here, the early houses originally opened specifically for the guy/girls working in the markets around smithfield, hence so many early houses around Capel street etc.
Also the pubs a little further afield I.E winjammer, ned's were for the dockers coming of night shift so they could have a jar.

Last year after the trinity ball me and a few mates popped into one near smithfield to get some take away, we kinda forgot we were in tuxedo's and got the piss pulled out of us while in there, but I must say it wasnt in a bad way, everyone in there was a great laugh! Very strange cross section of people!!!!
