I'm thinking of buying the WPT 100% plastic poker cards they have on the special days site for €25 for 2 decks? Are these worth it and are they the same as the Kem cards??

They're not the same cards. They're small and not super index. They're washable and should stand up to abuse but I would recommend trying to pick up some KEM if you can.

I agree with Henbane. KEM are out of production at the moment so it is very hard to find them. The Dal Negro platic cards are just as good as the WPT ones. Still not jumbo but about 10 euro cheaper.

The WPT cards are a better quality than Dal Negro, but I agree they are not as good as KEM.

The normal price for the WPT cards is 39.95 but at 25.00 above Dal Negro plastics and above KEM they simply did not have real value. - So they're at 25.95 until supply is gone. - (They are actually made by NH Fournier of Spain)

In our stores (liffey valley & The Square Tallaght) we carry the Dal Negro plastic cards @ 14.95 for 2 decks. - If you don't live in Dublin PM me and I can arrange for them or the WPT cards to be sent to you.

RE: WPT & BEE Bicycle cards - A UK company has taken distribution for them in UK & Ireand and is expecting stores to retail the standard plastic coated cards at 7.95 per deck & 5.95 for BEE & 4.95 for Bicycle!!!!!! - I have good supply links in USA so my prices won't change for the forseeable future!

It's ironic that the design of the WPT cards render them illegal for use in organised poker tournaments...

A new diamond back design has been added to the range that conforms to tournament standards. (standard cards only)
