Setting up Business

I plan to set up my own business (services-based). I'm in the process of filling out the tax registration form. Where it is asked for my business address, do I have to be habitually resident at this address? I don't currently live in the country in which I want to base my business. Will this pose any problems?

The form is asking for a business address, not where you live. It might seem strange that the country your doing business in but you don't have a business address there. If the country is out side the E.U. I'm sure there could be difficulties.
