I doubt theres an exact price. ie it would vary depending on how much the publican orders,

There is an exact price, afaik the only time you get a deal is at xmas when they clear the vats, when i was working in a pub it used to be buy 50 get 5 free. that covered the publician for his "free drinks" to his loyal customers. at the time about 5yrs ago it used to be about £130 i would say it is about 250 or more for a 50 litre

€250 sounds very expensive. I dont drink guinness but know a good few people who do. I woud consider €4 a lot for a pint of guinnesss, so if we take €3.80 as an average thats €3.80 x 90 = €342. I cant see publicans only making €92 on a keg of guinness, ie €1 a pint.

It couldn't be that expensive. Cans would be cheaper then. Although maybe that includes refundable deposit when you return it.
Btw, how would you get a keg for a party?

You can give up on yourself, and take
the Barney-guarding job like so many have contemplated in our darkest
moments, or you can admit to yourself there's only one person that
can make you happy and do whatever it takes to get them back
