What are the pros and cons of each piece of equipment in your mind?

I just want to increase my stamina that's all

Yeah, but why are you considering these two pieces of equipment?

What are your reasons for wanting to increase stamina?

Have you done any research on the various types of exercise bikes/treadmills on the market to see which ones would be best for what you require?

What sport are you trying to increase stamina for?

Why can't you run or cycle near your home rather than spending money on equipment?

Have you adequate space at home for either piece of equipment?

    haha, interrogation time.

its simple, which do you prefer doing, running or cycling?

Although what about a rowing machine? will help strengthen many body parts.

Chucky, he's planning on spending a fair few bob on the piece of equipment, it's vital that he answers the questions above even in his own head rather than here.

I'm a qualified fitness instructor and I'm studying Sports Science and Health in University, I'm not just asking these questions for the fun of it.

I play soccer, Id rather not run around my home due to circumstances beyond my control, I/ve heard off people who use BOTH that they're good for dping so.
