    Hey,

Im pretty new to the whole poker thing. i have been playing onw online for maybe two months or so. also played my first tournament the other week in the westwood where i did ok getting past the break until my pocket kings were outdrawn by pocket quuens on the flop. anyway to the point i want to make. i am interested in playing a MTT online. i usually play at WilliamHillPoker. i have played several STT winning a couple along the way but im never sure about the MTT. how long would the avearage one go on for if you made it all the way to the last table. There is obviously a limit on each MTT to the amount of people that can enter?? where would be a best point to start from? i.e. how many people, money in etc

    cheers

    Lorcan

You could start with Sit & Gos and then move onto MT Sit & Gos,dont sit down and play a MTT if you dont have a few hours to spend on it

I used to find the 5-20$ tournaments with about 100-150 people used to take around 2 - 2.5 hours on GamingClub and Ladbrokes. Rebuys might even take 3 hours. In saying that though the boards game takes that long and we only have max of about 20 playing!
