Are all serious?????????? Oh my god!

Nicest sandwich ever (well toasted sandwich)
put tomato puree on it, cheese, onions, bacon or whatever you have in your house and put it either under the grill or in a toastie maker! Yummmy!!

chicken, blue cheese, bacon and rocket.

"Sugar" cafe on Washington street in Cork does the absolute best sandwiches. the choice is unreal. Will I have feta, goats cheese, cheddar, emmental or cream cheese today?

This is my kind of thread.
Ok in the morning it has to be a breakfast roll (Rashers, sausages, black & White Pudding, mushrooms tomatoes and hash browns) with Blue Cheese and ketchup. I swear you will never have a breakfast roll as good as this again. - on a soft roll of course.

Lunch - Pannini - Chicken and stuffing, cheese, tomatoe andonion - then when toasted add coleslaw.

Mmmmmmm I cannont wait for lunch.

I like the plain old cheese/chicken with mayo. :)

My friend had toasted ham, ketchup and nutella sandwhiches (all this is one sandwhich)

Also, I know of a person who butters their bread, pours a really thick layer of salt all over it, then eats it. how SICK is that??

When we were kids, my best mate used to butter two slices of bread and use a layer of sugar as the filling. She also used to have sambos with just plain salad cream in them. Very odd sammiches imo.
The mad girl now eats raw pickled chilli peppers as a snack while watching tv
Some people have no respect for their stomachs! :p

My favourite sammich is ham, cucumber and sweetcorn... NYOM! :D

    my favourite sandwiches are

    brie with cranberry relish

    roast beef with horseradish sauce

cheddar cheese with tomatoes & pesto

avocado with chicken, lettuce and mayonnaise

This is my all-time favourite sandwhich of all time, this and a mug of coffee are great for a hangover, ah the memories.
    • 1-2 (preferably 2) slices of cooked ham or chicken
    • thin layer of grated cheese
    • tomatoe slices (preferably 4)
    • sliced onions (not too much)
    • mayonaisse
    • Use white bread (of course)

rite now im havin a peanut-butter and cheese sandwich!
jam and cheese is good too!! yum!

    On ciabatta:
    Chicken
    Crispy Bacon
    Stuffing
    Mixed Leaves
    Apple & Cranberry Sauce
    Mayonnaise
    Melted Cheese

Get it in Delight, Abbeygate St Galway. It closely resembles their number 12 but we fine tuned it after months of going there. A close second is chicken tikka roll with lettuce, onions, sweetcorn, pineapple from Ward's opposite NUIG. Pineapple and tikka sauce is an unbelievable combo.

And on the subject of odd food combinations, I kow a guy who eats burgers and ice cream together.

2 Slices Brown Sliced pan, toasted.

Slice 1 - generous amount of crunchy peanut butter

Slice 2 - Mayo. Layer of Iceberg. Whole tomato sliced in to 4, with the end bits removd. Ham. Sliced Baby Beets, enough to cover the ham. Cheese. Mustard.

    Place Slice 1 on top.

    Cut in half.

    Eat.

    Enjoy.

Theres a place in cabinteely that does lovely sandwiches, hot chicken breast, crispy bacon, lettuce, mayonnaise, toasted, lovely stuff. And the breakfast rolls are incredible, the sausages are from a tube of pure meat, squeezed onto the hotplate. Mmmmmmm........meat....lovely.
