HELP!!! SKY+ Problem..

    Hi can anyone help me, I have sky + and the programmes I have recorded are not coming up for me. They are in my sky+ planner, I press select to watch one and get the usual info screen with the option to change start position but when I press select to watch nothing happens, then back up wont do anything. In normal viewing the instand rewind won't work either.. can any one help?

    > Turn the digibox off.
    > Disconnect the mains.
    > Remove the card.
    > Reconnect the mains after two minutes.
    > Wait one minute and then press the Sky button.
    > Go to "All Channels" and insert the card when asked.

    Everything should be back to normal.
