    If you getting a new graphics why not go for a 256mb radeon instead (think the 9800 is the best on market atm) Someone help him with better knowledge of that, but a ps2 graphics is nothing compared to the pc's. PS2s are crap in comparison. Look at hl2 for example.

    I dont want to spend too much on it , I havent been able to find a cheap laptop with better graphics although I would pay upto €1500

    my apologies was talking just about the graphics, 128mb is prob the best you'll get on a laptop atm. 256 is scarce. Looks a good rig for the price. I have it on mine, works great. I can run source on it (with some settings toned down) with minimum 40fps usually higher,(scored 68 on the stress test) depends if plugged in or not.

    I think there's a few laptops around now with mobile 6800s in them (6800 Go! or something like that). Maybe check dell and alienware

    I have one of those 9700 128mb in my laptop(Acer Ferrari 3400) and it plays half life 2 and doom3 perfectly... I did install omega drivers though.. You really should consider doing that if you do buy it.
